fish
any fish

chilly powder

tsp
turmeric powder
salt
to taste
1/4
tsp
corn flour
oil
to fry
for masala;
2
onion
2
green chilly
1/2
tsp
ginger garlic paste
curry leaves
as required

tomato
salt
as required
1/4-1/2
tsp
chlly powder
optional
Instructions
marinate the fish and keep it aside for 30 minutes. fry it in oil.
saute onion in the same oil. add ginger garlic paste, green chilly and curry leaves.
mix in the tomato. saute well. add salt and 1/2 tsp chilly powder (optional) if you need it spicy.
mix in the fried fish.
keep it covered in low flame for 2 minutes.
