Prepare wheat dough from wheat, salt and water
chop the cauliflower, and capsicum
boil the aloo and mash it
heat the oil in the pan and saute caspsicum
add cauliflower and mix it
add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala, mix it and allow to cook for 5 mins
add mashed aloo and mix it
take a small ball from dough and roll it
stuff the aloo gobi masala and cover it
roll it again
heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee /oil in the both side
now aloo gobi paratha is ready
