- aloo 3 no. -
- Gobi 1 cup -
- capsicum 1/2 no. -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp -
- Garam masala : 1/2 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 3 tsp -

Instructions
- chop the cauliflower, and capsicum
- boil the aloo and mash it
- heat the oil in the pan and saute caspsicum
- add cauliflower and mix it
- add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, and garam masala, mix it and allow to cook for 5 mins
- add mashed aloo and mix it
- take a small ball from dough and roll it
- stuff the aloo gobi masala and cover it
- roll it again
- now aloo gobi paratha is ready
