chop the onion and tomato
heat the oil and ghee in the pan
temper the cinnamon, cardamom, clove, and fennel seed
saute the onion and curry leaves for 3 mins until the onion changes the colour
add ginger garlic paste and mix well and allow to cook until the raw smell goes out
add red chili powder, turmeric pwoder and coriander powder and mix well
add one glass of water and cook the masala for 3 mins
add tomato and mix it
add mutton, salt and pepper and mix well
allow to cook for 5 mins in medium flame
now add required water to for the gravy
allow to cook until the mutton get cooked and gravy becomes thick,
now mutton pepper gravy is ready , serve with puri, roti and idly
