prepare dough from wheat, salt and water
finely chop the onion, capsicum, garlic, green chili and gobi
in a pan heat the oil and saute the garlic and onion for 3 mins
add green chili and capsicum and mix well
add chopped gobi and mix it
add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, punjabi garam masala and mix well
allow to cook until the gobi get cooked
from a dough take two balls and roll it separately
stuff the gobi masala
cover with other dough roll
press all the corner and roll it in thick
heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both the side
now daba style gobi paratha is ready to serve
