Ingredients
for stuffing:
- Cauliflower : 1 cup -
- Onion : 1 no -
- Capsicum : 1 no -
- Green chili 1 no. -
- garlic 3 no. -
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Coriander powder : 1/2 tsp -
- punjabi garam masala 1 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Ghee : 2 tsp -
- Coriander leaves : 2 tsp -

Instructions
- add green chili and capsicum and mix well
- add chopped gobi and mix it
- add red chili powder, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, punjabi garam masala and mix well
- allow to cook until the gobi get cooked
- from a dough take two balls and roll it separately
- stuff the gobi masala
- cover with other dough roll
- press all the corner and roll it in thick
- heat the tawa and cook the paratha by applying ghee both the side
- now daba style gobi paratha is ready to serve
