Sweet Pineapple Raitha

Sweet pineapple raitha is a refreshing sweet and sour raitha made from yogurt and fresh pineapples. in this recipe pineapples are being cooked in sugar syrup and then added to yogurt before serving. As this is a sweet raitha it is being recommended to serve with any spicy biriryani or pulav. It can also be chillied and served.

Ingredients
  

  • pineapple cubes 1/2 cup
  • pineapple pulp 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • yogurt 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • prepare both pineapple cubes and pulp
  • heat pan with sugar water and pineaplle cubes
  • when pineapples are cooked add the pulp to it
  • let it cool and add the syrup to yogurt, mix and serve
