Ingredients
  

  • raw mango 1 no.
  • jaggery 1/2 cup
  • sugar 1/4 cup
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • peel the skin of raw mango and grate it
  • heat the pan and add raw mango, sugar and jaggery and mix it
  • cook until the sugar and jageery get melt and mix well with the raw mango
  • add red chili powder and salt and mix it
  • allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame until the raw mango get cooked
  • now Raw mango chunda is ready
