- jaggery 1/2 cup
- sugar 1/4 cup
- red chili powder 1 tsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
peel the skin of raw mango and grate it
heat the pan and add raw mango, sugar and jaggery and mix it
cook until the sugar and jageery get melt and mix well with the raw mango
add red chili powder and salt and mix it
allow to cook for 5 mins in low flame until the raw mango get cooked
now Raw mango chunda is ready
