Wash and clean chicken pieces and add this in a vessel.Add lemon juice,chilli powder and salt to this and mix well.Keep this in refrigerator for 10 minutes.
In a big bowl add curd,coriander powder and gram masala.
Add kastoori methi,chili powder ,salt and ginger garlic paste mix well.
Mix till all the spices are well blended.
Take chicken from refrigerator and this to marinade.Rub the marinade all over the chicken and coat well.Keep it for 1/2 hour.
After 1/2 hour heat oil in a kadai add this marinated chicken pieces to kadai.
Close the kadai with a lid and cook for 15 minutes.
Aftere 10 minutes chicken will become becomes dried and cooked.
Turn other side andCook for 10 more minutes in low flame.
Now tandoori chicken is ready to serve with chapathis and porottas.
