Ganache is a French term referring to a smooth mixture of chopped chocolate and heavy cream. This is a rich, dark chocolate topping or decoration that has lots of uses. It can be poured as a topping for any types of cakes
In bowl add cream whisk it well
Now chop all dark chocolate and keep aside
Now heat fresh cream in bowl when it boil turn off and add chocolate
Mix well and add tsp of oil and mix well
Now its ready to frosting for cake with glazing colour
