Sesame Oil Black Pepper Chicken

Ingredients

chicken (sliced into small pieces) 1kg
sesame oil 4 tablespoon
oyster sauce 4 tablespoon
cinnamon 1
garlic (sliced finely)* 6
garlic (sliced finely)* 6
tomato (sliced finely) 1
thick soy sauce 4 tablespoon
ground black pepper 1 tablespoon
Half cube chicken cube (optional)
Scallion
Corn starch/flour (optional)
Salt to taste
Instructions
Heat the pan and add the sesame oil
Sauté garlic, ginger, cinnamon and tomato
After 2 minutes, add chicken, oyster sauce, black pepper, soy sauce, chicken cube and salt
Let it simmer for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes, check the consistency of the gravy and salt
If you need a thicker gravy, mix one table spoon corn starch/flour into 1 cup of water and pour on your chicken
Serve with scallion dashed on chicken
Notes
Do not blend or smash the garlic and ginger. Its has to be sliced finely.
