Apple with sprouts salad is an easy to make salad which is healthy, colourful and crunchy can be enjoyed at any time of the day. The mixture of fruits with sprouts give you some different taste.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 nos apple chopped
  • 1/2 cup sprouts
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp roasted cashews
  • 2 tbsp roasted seasame
  • 1/2 cup pomegranate
  • 4 nos groundnut chikkies crushed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions
 

  • in a large bowl add apples and sprouts together
  • to it add grated corrots and cooked corn
  • add dry roasted cashews
  • add dry roasted seasame seeds
  • add little pomegranate seeds
  • add crushed chikkies to it.
  • add sugar and honey
  • mix well and serve
