- Apple(chopped) - 1 nos
- Sprouts - 1/2 cup
- Grated carrots - 1/2 cup
- Sweet corn - 1/2 cup
- Roasted cashews - 2 tbsp
- Roasted Seasame - 2 tbsp
- Pomegranate - 1/2 cup
- groundnut chikkies(crushed) - 4 nos
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp

- in a large bowl add apples and sprouts together
- to it add grated corrots and cooked corn
- add dry roasted cashews
- add dry roasted seasame seeds
- add little pomegranate seeds
- add crushed chikkies to it.
- mix well and serve
