Ingredients
  

  • chopped mushroom 1/2 cup
  • chopped onion 1 no.
  • chopped green chilli 1 no.
  • boiled aloo ½ cup
  • ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • pepper 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • grated coconut 1/4 cup
  • oil 2 tsp

For Batter:

  • roasted gram flour 1 cup
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • maida 1 tsp
  • corn flour 1 tsp
  • rice flour 1 tsp
  • cumin seed 1 tsp
  • asfoetida 1 tsp
  • oil to fry

Instructions
 

  • Chop the mushroom and wash with the hot water.
  • in pan heat the oil and add onion and green chili , saute it until it turn into brown
  • add ginger garlic paste and mix well, until the raw smell goes out
  • add pepper, salt and turmeric powder and mix well
  • add chopped mushroom and mix well and allow to cook. dont add water
  • add grated coconut and mix well
  • add boiled and smashed aloo and mix well
  • mushroom mix is ready
  • in a bowl add roasted gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seed, asafoetida, maida,corn flour
  • add turmeric powder and rice flour and mix well by adding some water
  • make as fine batter
  • from the mushroom mix, take small ball and dip into the batter
  • heat the oil and fry the mushroom dip
  • mushroom bonda is ready to serve. serve with tea or coffee
