For Batter:
- roasted gram flour 1 cup -
- Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp -
- Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp -
- Salt to taste -
- Maida : 1 tsp -
- Corn flour : 1 tsp -
- Rice flour : 1 tsp -
- cumin seed 1 tsp -
- asfoetida 1 tsp -
- Oil to fry -

Instructions
- add pepper, salt and turmeric powder and mix well
- add grated coconut and mix well
- add boiled and smashed aloo and mix well
- mushroom mix is ready
- in a bowl add roasted gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, cumin seed, asafoetida, maida,corn flour
- add turmeric powder and rice flour and mix well by adding some water
- make as fine batter
- from the mushroom mix, take small ball and dip into the batter
- mushroom bonda is ready to serve. serve with tea or coffee
