Apple Appam
Apple Appams are these crisp round dumplings ,traditionally prepared with fermented rice flour batter.The sweet variation of these are usually made with combination of wheat and rice flour or simply rice flour.

i didn't use i need more apple flavor
Instructions
Peel apple and cut small pieces
Now in a bowl add apple cubes and 1/2 glass water boil til apple mashes well.
Soak raw rice before 2 hours and grind with 1 cardamom well and add boiled apple mix well
Now melt jaggery with little water. strain in cup and add in batter
In appam pan add ghee
Now pour batter in each and cook both side well
Now Apple Appam is ready
