Easy Tomato Rasam
Rasam is good for health.it will cure cold and good for stomach.

- 2 Tomato
- 5 Garlic
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 5 Coriander leaves
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 tsp Tamarind paste
- 1 cup Water
- 2 Red chilli
- 5 Curry leaves
- 5 Pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Boil 1 cup of water and add chopped tomatoes and tamarind paste, boil for 2 minutes.
In another vessel add oil and mustard when it splutters add red chilli and curry leaves, Sauté for 1 minute.
Grind garlic, coriander leaves, pepper and cumin seeds in mixer.
Then add this ground mix to the vessel sauté for a minute.
Add 1 cup water to this and boil for 2 minutes. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder and asafoetida. Boil for 2 minutes.
Add salt and boil for 2 minutes.
Now rasam is ready to serve with hot rice.
