- 1/4 kg Finger millets ragi
- 1/4 kg Pearl Millets kambu
- 1/4 kg Green gram pachai payaru
- 1/4 kg Chick peas Kondai Kadallai
- 1/4 kg Red rice sigapu arisi
- 1/4 kg Roasted gram Pottu kadai
- 1/4 kg Sorghum cholam
- 1/4 kg Corn
- 1/4 kg Peanut
- 10 gm Almonds
- 15 gm Cashew nut
- 10 gm Pista
- 6 Cardamom
- 1 inch Dry ginger
- Omam ( oregano) 1 pinch
Dry roast all ingredients one by one
