  • 1/4 kg Pearl Millets kambu
  • 1/4 kg Green gram pachai payaru
  • 1/4 kg Chick peas Kondai Kadallai
  • 1/4 kg Red rice sigapu arisi
  • 1/4 kg Roasted gram Pottu kadai
  • 1/4 kg Sorghum cholam
  • 1/4 kg Corn
  • 1/4 kg Peanut
  • 10 gm Almonds
  • 15 gm Cashew nut
  • 10 gm Pista
  • 6 Cardamom
  • 1 inch Dry ginger
  • Omam ( oregano) 1 pinch

Instructions
 

  • Dry roast all ingredients one by one
