Healthy Methi Paratha

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup Wheat flour
  • 1 cup Methi leaves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • 4 Garlic

Instructions
 

  • Wash methi leaves and keep it aside.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add mustard.When mustard splutters add garlic flakes.Saute for 2 minutes.
  • Then add methi leaves and stir for a minute.
  • Add coriander powder,chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt saute for 2 minutes and keep aside.
  • Add this sauted fenugreek mix to wheat flour, mix all together Add water little at time and make dsoft dough.
  • Greece your hand with oil to make smooth dough.Keep this dough for 1 hour.
  • Make small balls out of this dough.
  • Roll out the dove just like chappathi.Heat a tawa and cook both sides.Apply little oil or butter.
  • Serve withegg curry or any curry,pickle or curd.
