Boil the potatoes. Remove the skin and cut into cubes.
Heat the oil in a sauce-pan.
Splutter mustard seeds.
Add chopped garlic, cumin seeds fry for 1 minute.
Put the chopped onions to it.
Once onion becomes transparent, add tomatoes and stir fry
Add green peas and chopped capsicum and stir
Cover it and cook for few minutes. Keep stirring in between.
Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder and salt and mix well.
Add the potatoes and stir it along with the masalas for 2 mins.
Cover and cook over a moderate heat for about 10 mins. Stir several times.
Lowering the heat and cook for another 5 mins or until done.
Granish with coriander leaves
