2 nos Capsicum (chopped removing seeds)2 nos Potato50 gm Green Peas (optional)1 nos Onion (chopped, big)2 nos Tomato (chopped)4-5 flakes Garlic (finely chopped)1 tbsp Chilli powder1/2 tsp Tumeric powder1/2 tsp Cumin powder1/4 tsp Cumin seeds1/4 tsp Mustard seedsCoriander leaves (as required)2 tbsp Cooking oilSalt (as required) Boil the potatoes. Remove the skin and cut into cubes.Heat the oil in a sauce-pan.Splutter mustard seeds.Add chopped garlic, cumin seeds fry for 1 minute.Put the chopped onions to it.Once onion becomes transparent, add tomatoes and stir fryAdd green peas and chopped capsicum and stirCover it and cook for few minutes. Keep stirring in between.Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, jeera powder and salt and mix well.Add the potatoes and stir it along with the masalas for 2 mins.Cover and cook over a moderate heat for about 10 mins.
