Brinjal Musallam

Musallam is obviously a famous gravy which is usually made with meat . but fo different i choose brinjal

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Brinjal
  • 2 tsp Cumin seed
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 2
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  • 2 tsp Cream
  • 1/2 cup Coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • Salt as taste
  • Oil as required
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

Instructions
 

  • Cut the onion , tomato and Brinjal and keep aside
  • In pan add oil and fry brinjal and keep aside
  • Grind tomato 1 and ginger and garlic and keep aside
  • In pan add oil and temper jeera
  • Add onion and saute well and add tomato and saute well
  • Add tomato puree and all other powders and mix it well cook in medium flame
  • Add fried brinjal mix well
  • In mean time grind coconut paste and add in gravy
  • In last stage add cream and turn off and serve
