Egg Stuffed Cutlet
this is my own recipe. we usually stuff vegetables. but i changed to stuff egg. this taste goes very well

- Boiled egg 4 no.
- Potato 250 g
- Big Onion 1
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Oil To fry
- Corn flour 1 tsp
- Maida 1 tsp
- Bread Crumb ½ cup
Boil the potato , peel and smash it.
In bowl add onion, potato, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
Cut the boiled egg in to 4 pieces.
Mix the Corn flour and Maida in water and keep aside
Now stuff egg piece one by one into potato mix and make as round shape
Then dip into corn and maida mixer and bread crumb
Boil the oil and deep fry and serve with sauce.
