this is my own recipe. we usually stuff vegetables. but i changed to stuff egg. this taste goes very well

  • Boil the potato , peel and smash it.
  • In bowl add onion, potato, red chilli powder, salt and mix well.
  • Cut the boiled egg in to 4 pieces.
  • Mix the Corn flour and Maida in water and keep aside
  • Now stuff egg piece one by one into potato mix and make as round shape
  • Then dip into corn and maida mixer and bread crumb
  • Boil the oil and deep fry and serve with sauce.
