Urad Dal Stuffed Chapathi
URAD DAL STUFFED CHAPATHI IS VERY DIFFERENT. URAD DAL IS PROTEIN RICH FOOD AND CARBOHYDRATES . ITS GIVE MORE ENERGY TO ALL. IN THIS WE STEAMED DAL AND PREPARING SO ITS GOOD TASTE TOO.

1 cup Multi Grain Atta / Wheat 1/2 cup Urad dal 2 Red chili 1/2 tsp Fennel seed Salt as taste water required oil as needed
Soak Urad dal and Red chili for half an hour
Grind Urad dal and red chili , fennel seed and salt for stuffing and add little water to grind, not smooth paste consistency.
In mean time take bowl and add atta and salt and water make dough and keep aside
Then steam the urad dal paste for 15 mins and check in knife without sticky.and allow to cool. and split well
In pan add oil seasoning mustard with oil and add urad dal mixture and mix well and make ball and keep aside.
Take small amount of dough and make like bowl and add urad dal ball
Roll it flat with help of oil or atta
Heat the tawa and put the urad dal stuffed chapati and cook both side.
Now healthy Urad Dal Stuffed Chapathi is ready.
