- Multi Grain Atta / Wheat - 1 cup
- Urad dal - 1/2 cup
- Red chili - 2
- Fennel seed - 1/2 tsp
- Salt as taste -

Instructions
- Soak Urad dal and Red chili for half an hour
- Grind Urad dal and red chili , fennel seed and salt for stuffing and add little water to grind, not smooth paste consistency.
- Then steam the urad dal paste for 15 mins and check in knife without sticky.and allow to cool. and split well
- Take small amount of dough and make like bowl and add urad dal ball
- Roll it flat with help of oil or atta
- Heat the tawa and put the urad dal stuffed chapati and cook both side.
- Now healthy Urad Dal Stuffed Chapathi is ready.
