Urad Dal Kanji
Urad dal Kanji is very tasty and in our tamil nadu we use to prepare regularly in week and drink. this is more Healthy and more calcium .

- 1 cup Urad dal
- 4 tblsp Coconut
- 1 1/2 cup Sugar
- 2 tsp Cardamom
- 2 cup Water
Soak urad dal 2 hours and grind smoothly in grinder
Boil one cup of water in big vessel
And add another cups of water in that dal and mix like dosa batter
Pour urad dal batter in boiling water and stir continuosly
Add grated coconut and mix well for few mins
Add sugar and cardamom powder and stir well and switch off when it comes thick.
Now its ready to serve. you can serve hot or cold as you wish
