Spicy Pork Belly In A Pot

Easy to prepare this rich pork with out oil to go well with rice or chappatis

  • 1/2 kg pork belly with fat cut into cubes
  • 4 onions
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 green chilli
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli
  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • take a heavy bottom non stick dish with a lid, slice the onions lengthwise, mix onions, ginger garlic paste ,green chilli and all the powder masala, salt , vineger, jiggery powder with the pork, keep in very low fire for 40 minutes and pork is ready .( this dish is cooked in the pork's own fat. enjoy.
