Ingredients

Chicken : 250 gm
Carrot : 1 medium chopped in lengthwise
French beans : 5 nos (chopped in lengthwise)
Potato : 1 medium chopped in lengthwise
Crushed pepper : 3 tsp
Tomato : 1 medium ( chopped)
Green chilli : 3 nos ( chopped )
Garlic chopped : 2 tsp
Ginger chopped : 1 tsp
Small onion chopped : ½ cup
Coriander leaf : for garnish
Oil : 1 ½ tsp
Enough water : to cook the chicken
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger, garlic and green chilli. Stir for few seconds.
Add chopped onion and stir till it turns translucent.
Now add the chicken, crushed pepper and salt. Stir well.

Add enough water to cook the chicken. Stir and cover with a lid and cook in a medium flame.

Add chopped potato, carrot, beans, and cook for one minute.

Add capsicum and tomato stir for one minute.

Remove into a bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
