  • Milk: 1 ltr
  • Water: 2 Cups
  • Roasted Vermicelli (Semiya): 100 gm
  • Chowari: 3 tsp
  • Sugar : 10 tsp
  • Cashew nuts: 10 pcs
  • Dry grapes : 10 pcs
  • Cardamom: 2 pcs

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Semiya Chowari Payasam, boil milk together with water.
  • Add roasted vermicelli, chowari, cashew nuts, dry grapes, cardamom & sugar to this.
  • Cook for 20 minutes in a low flame.
  • Serve hot or cold.
