Clean and wash the pork pieces.
Heat a pan put only the fat pieces to remove all the extra fat.
Heat oil in a pan add whole masalas [cinnamon, cardamom,cloves] fry till fragrant.
Add chopped onion, garlic, coconut pieces and curry leaves. Stir still the onion turns translucent.

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt and mix well.
Add the pork pieces.
Stir well and cover it, cook for 2 - 3 minutes, for all masalas coat with the pieces.

Now put this pork into the cooker.
Pour enough water to cook.
Stir and close the cooker. Allow to cook for 3 minutes in full flame.
Then cook in low flame for 10 minutes.
Open the lid and add cumin pepper powder and vinegar. Stir and cook for few seconds.

Remove into a bowl and serve hot.
