Sabudana : 100 gm
coconut grated : 1 cup
coconut milk : as needed
sugar : as needed
Instructions
Soak Sabudana? for two hours.
Grind it well.
In a plate apply oil.
Take a small ball of the grinded Sabudana and press it and in the centre keep a small amount of grated coconut and fold the sides.
Likewise make the rest of the dough and place it in the oiled plate.
Steam it for 8 to 10 minutes. when removed from steam the Sago? looks transparent.
Prepare coconut milk and the elachi, either raw or powdered. sugar as well and mix it.
Now add the cooked stuff in the coconut milk one by one.
Wait for 5 minutes for the milk to be absorbed.
Serve hot or chilled.
