Quick and Easy Festival Sweet made using sabudana

Ingredients
  

  • Sabudana : 100 gm
  • coconut grated : 1 cup
  • coconut milk : as needed
  • sugar : as needed

Instructions
 

  • Soak Sabudana? for two hours.
  • Grind it well.
  • In a plate apply oil.
  • Take a small ball of the grinded Sabudana and press it and in the centre keep a small amount of grated coconut and fold the sides.
  • Likewise make the rest of the dough and place it in the oiled plate.
  • Steam it for 8 to 10 minutes. when removed from steam the Sago? looks transparent.
  • Prepare coconut milk and the elachi, either raw or powdered. sugar as well and mix it.
  • Now add the cooked stuff in the coconut milk one by one.
  • Wait for 5 minutes for the milk to be absorbed.
  • Serve hot or chilled.
