Baby potatoes : 250 gm
Thick hung yoghurt : 250 gm
Chopped dill leaves (sua) : ½ cup
Paprika powder : ½ tsp
Spring onion with stem chopped fine : 1 no
Salt : to taste
Instructions
Boil the potatoes in a pan of water until theyare cooked.
Peel and cool to room temperature.
In a bowl combine the yoghurt , dill / sua,paprika and salt.
Add the potatoes and chopped spring onion andmix well.
This can be served as a starter or as a sidewith a chicken main course.
