  • Baby potatoes : 250 gm
  • Thick hung yoghurt : 250 gm
  • Chopped dill leaves (sua) : ½ cup
  • Paprika powder : ½ tsp
  • Spring onion with stem chopped fine : 1 no
  • Salt : to taste

Instructions

  • Boil the potatoes in a pan of water until theyare cooked.

  • Peel and cool to room temperature.

  • In a bowl combine the yoghurt , dill / sua,paprika and salt.
  • Add the potatoes and chopped spring onion andmix well.
