- cook meat with 2 sp ginger garlic paste , 2 chilli, salt 1/2 sp, turmeric 
- soak rice for 1/2 an hour 
- heat oil and ghee then add spices.. 
- to it add green chilli and mint leafs and rest of ginger garlic paste and saute for sometime. 
- add onion and tomatoes and cook till soft 
- now add cooked meat and salt 
- now add 10 cups of hot water. 
- check salt, drain rice and add to the boiling water. 
- when the rice is half cooked and water level and rice level reaches the same, cover with lid and simmer it 5-6 mins 
- allow it to rest for another 15 mins and serve with raitha and gravy
