- Cook the meat by putting all powders with salt and water for some time. 
- Put the cooked meat in a mixer grinder and shred them. 
- Put the chilly, garlic and ginger in a grinder and crush them to make a paste. 
- 4) Take a pan put some oil in it. Put the crushed paste and curry leaves in it. Sauté them. 
- Put onion and sauté them till they become brown in color. 
- Put some turmeric powder, garam masala, pepper powder and salt in it. 
- Put the shredded meat in it. Saute them well. 
- Put some coriander leaves and curry leaves. Off the stove. 
- Take two eggs and boil them in water. Remove the shell of the egg.10) Cut one egg into four pieces, cut the other egg too. 
- Take a bun and make small hole in it.12) Put some meat masala into it. 
- Put one piece of egg in it. 
- Continue this process for all the buns.15) Take the other 3 eggs. Break them and beat them well. 
- Put the bun into the egg mixture one by one. 
- Take a pan and heat all sides of the bun. 
- Serve hot.
