Sweety Saucy Rice Pulao

- Basmati rice                 ½ k
- carrot                            1 or 2
- Egg                                 2
- Chicken                          I cup
- Butter                             1 cup
- Tomato sauce                1 table spoon
- Soya sauce                    1 tablespoon
- Chilli sauce                     1 tablespoon
- Salt as needed
- Water, double of rice
- Green chillies                   6
- Green peas                      1 cup
- You can also add beans if needed
- First wash the rice and then keep a pan on flame and pour rice to it and make all the water gets dry. 
- Then cook the rice using salt and water and if you want you can cook the green peas with the rice itself. 
- Then heat another pan put butter in it. 
- When it melts cook sliced chicken . 
- When it gets cooked add the carrot green chilly to it and allow it to get cooked. 
- Then add all the sauce to it. 
- to it and stir Then add the cooked rice and green peas well. 
- Stir it well and then to this add the egg (if you want you can add more eggs and cook it with the carrot and chillies). 
- Then mix it well and close the pan and make flame to sim and allow it to get cooked for  mint. 
- When its done serve hot.
