For preparing the tasty and nutritious soup, first add turmeric powder and mutton to 8 cups of water in a pan.
Bring to boil on a low flame, until the water reduces to 4 cups.
Add cumin seeds powder, pepper powder & salt.
Cover and boil for 2 mins.
Mix corn flour with 1/4 cup of water and pour the mix into the soup.
Heat oil in a pan.
Fry the shallots, until they turn golden brown.
Pour it into the soup.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
