Vegetable Fried Rice - Lunch Box Special
Biriyani rice mixed with different vegetables makes a yummy fried rice

- 1 kg Biriyani rice
- 100 g Beans
- 100 g Carrot
- 1 bunch Spring onion
- 1 bunch Celery
- 5 tbsp Oil
- Salt As reqd
- Pepper powder As reqd
- 1 tbsp Soya sauce
- For preparing vegetable fried rice, wash biriyani rice, boil it in enough water and cook till done. Drain the water. 
- Clean the vegetables and cut into small pieces. 
- Heat oil in a vessel and add the sliced vegetables to it and stir well. 
- Add the boiled rice to the cooked vegetables and stir it well. 
- Add needed salt and pepper powder and stir it well and bring it out of flame. 
- Add Soya sauce. 
- Vegetable fried rice is ready. Serve it with chilly chicken for a delicious experience.
