Ingredients
  

  • Green peas : 2 cup
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Coconut : 2 cup (grated)
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder : 2 tsp
  • Fenugreek seeds : 1/ 2 tsp
  • Tamarind : lemon size
  • Salt : as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Cook the green peas in a pressure cooker and keep aside.2) Dry roast the coconut with chilli powder and coriander powder.
  • Heat coconut oil and splutter fenugreek seeds and add onion.
  • Saute well. Add coconut mixture and sauté again.5) Grind this into mixture.6) Add oil, in kadai. Fry the ground masala well.7) Add green peas, tamarind juice and salt.
  • When done, remove from fire.9) Add the fried onion on top and serve hot.
