Ingredients
  

  • Mutton : ½ k gm (small pieces)
  • Shallots : 15 nos (chopped)
  • Green chillies : 2 nos
  • Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder : 1 tsp
  • Turmeric : 1 tsp
  • Chilli flakes : 2 tsp
  • Pepper : 1 tsp
  • Vinegar : 1 tsp
  • Meat masala : 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • Wash and clean the mutton pieces.2) Marinate the mutton with coriander, chilli flakes, turmeric, ginger-garlic paste (2 tsp), meat masala, pepper, vinegar and required salt.
  • Keep aside for ½ and hour.4) Cook the mutton in a pressure cooker with little water and make it dry.5) In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil. Add the freshly crushed garam masala, shallots, green chillies and curry leaves.
  • Add the mutton pieces and fry well. Do not add water.7) Saute the mutton in low flame.
  • Serve hot with rice / chappathi.
