Crispy Vermicelli & Coconut Kadi

- Vermicelli : 2 tsp (crushed)
- Coconut : 1 cup
- Sugar : 3 tsp
- Ghee : 1 tsp
In a frying pan, add vermicelli and fry till brown color. Keep this aside.
In the same pan , add coconut and fry for 3 minutes. Add the sugar and fry again till color changes.
Add the vermicelli and mix again. Add the ghee from side and remove from flame.
Spread it in a plate for cooling.5) When cooled, slightly press with hand.
Serve this as a snack item.
:- Tips : Can add fried cashew, raisins with it.Also can add ½ tsp of cardamom powder.
