  • In a frying pan, add vermicelli and fry till brown color. Keep this aside.
  • In the same pan , add coconut and fry for 3 minutes. Add the sugar and fry again till color changes.
  • Add the vermicelli and mix again. Add the ghee from side and remove from flame.
  • Spread it in a plate for cooling.5) When cooled, slightly press with hand.
  • Serve this as a snack item.
  • :- Tips : Can add fried cashew, raisins with it.Also can add ½ tsp of cardamom powder.
