Ingredients
  

  • Idly : 5 nos ( cut into 4 pieces)
  • Onion : 1 no (cubes)
  • Green chillies : 4 nos (slices)
  • Cumin seeds : ½ tsp
  • Chilli powder : 1 tsp
  • Corn flour : 2 tsp
  • Ginger : ½ tsp (chopped)
  • Garlic : 1 tsp (chopped)
  • Pepper : 1 tsp
  • Tomato sauce : 2 tsp

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix a pinch of salt, cornflour and chilli powder with little water.
  • Dip the idly pieces in it and fry crispy in oil. Keep aside.
  • In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and heat it.4) Add cumin seeds, garlic, ginger and onion.5) Add green chillies, pepper, ajino moto and fry for 2 minutes. 6) Add tomato sauce, soy sauce and food color.
  • Add 2 tbsp of water and mix it.8) Add the fried idlies and mix well.
  • Serve hot with coriander leaves.
