Ingredients
  

  • Baby corn : 500 gm
  • Carrot : 1 no (thick slices / half cooked)
  • Onion : 1 no (chopped)
  • Green chillies : 3 nos (chopped)
  • Garlic : 5 cloves (chopped)
  • Garam masala : a pinch
  • Capsicum : 1 no (slices)
  • Red sauce : 2 tsp
  • Sweet chilli sauce : 1 tsp
  • 2 tsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 no Tomato
  • ½ of Onion cubes

For batter:

  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • Ginger garlic paste – ½ tsp
  • 1 tsp Chilli powder
  • Salt as reqd

Instructions
 

  • Make a batter with the ingredients by adding little water.2) Mix corn and carrot in the batter and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  • 3) Deep fry the corn in kadai and keep aside.
  • Make a paste of half onion, tomato, chilli powder and tomato sauce.5) In a pan, add 1 tbsp of oil. Fry the garlic, green chillies, onion in the pan.6) Add the ground paste and sauté again.7) Add salt, soy sauce, sweet chilli sauce, vinegar, garam masala.
  • Add half cup of water and cook it.9) Add the fried baby corn and mix well.
