Spinach(red) :1 set (chopped)
Capsicum : 1 no (chopped)
Onion : 1 no (chopped)
Potato : 2 nos (cooked & mashed)
Ginger : 1 inch piece (chopped)
Garlic : 5 cloves (chopped)
Green chillies : 3 nos (chopped)
Turmeric powder : ½ tsp
Curry leaves : few
Coriander leaves : few (chopped)
Garam masala : ½ tsp
Bread crumbs : as reqd
Salt : as reqd
Oil : as reqd
Instructions
Chop spinach, onion, ginger, garlic and capsicum. Cook potatoes , mash well and keep aside.
In a kadai, heat oil. Fry onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
Add capsicum, spinach, garam masala and salt. Mix well.4) Remove from fire.5) Add mashed potatoes in it. 6) Mix well. Make balls out of it.
Roll it in bread crumbs and lightly press it or make desired shape.8) Fry it in oil.
Cheera cutlet is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
