  • Chop spinach, onion, ginger, garlic and capsicum. Cook potatoes , mash well and keep aside.
  • In a kadai, heat oil. Fry onion, green chillies, garlic and ginger.
  • Add capsicum, spinach, garam masala and salt. Mix well.4) Remove from fire.5) Add mashed potatoes in it. 6) Mix well. Make balls out of it.
  • Roll it in bread crumbs and lightly press it or make desired shape.8) Fry it in oil.
  • Cheera cutlet is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
