Ingredients
  

  • Sabudana ( chowary) : 1 cup
  • Mustard seeds : a few
  • Coconut : ½ of a coconut
  • Green chillies : 1 no
  • Ginger : a little
  • Urud dal : 1 tsp
  • Cashew nuts : a few
  • Raisins : a few

Instructions
 

  • Soak sabudana in water over night.
  • Heat oil and split mustard seeds.
  • Add urud dal. Fry.
  • Add green chillies and ginger.
  • Add sabudana.
  • When sabudana is done, add grinded coconut.
  • Mean while heat oil in a pan. Fry cashew and raisins.
  • Mix it well with the sabudana.
  • Sabudana uppumav is ready.
