Ingredients

Sabudana ( chowary) : 1 cup
Mustard seeds : a few
Coconut : ½ of a coconut
Green chillies : 1 no
Ginger : a little
Urud dal : 1 tsp
Cashew nuts : a few
Raisins : a few
Instructions
Soak sabudana in water over night.
Heat oil and split mustard seeds.
Add urud dal. Fry.
Add green chillies and ginger.
Add sabudana.
When sabudana is done, add grinded coconut.
Mean while heat oil in a pan. Fry cashew and raisins.
Mix it well with the sabudana.
Sabudana uppumav is ready.
