- Sabudana ( chowary) : 1 cup -
- Mustard seeds : a few -
- Coconut : ½ of a coconut -
- Green chillies : 1 no -
- Ginger : a little -
- Urud dal : 1 tsp -
- Cashew nuts : a few -
- Raisins : a few -

Instructions
- Soak sabudana in water over night.
- Heat oil and split mustard seeds.
- Add urud dal. Fry.
- Add green chillies and ginger.
- Add sabudana.
- When sabudana is done, add grinded coconut.
- Mix it well with the sabudana.
- Sabudana uppumav is ready.
